The Walk-in Service:
This is a service where you can bring your personal confidential documents to our Ottawa facility for immediate destruction. Report to reception and advise our receptionist of the number of cubic feet (or banker’s boxes) you have. You are to fill out an invoice with your name, address, telephone number, and amount of material. Our receptionist then verifies the information, calculates the price, and processes the payment. Our operations team will help you unload your boxes, attach Shred-it stickers, and verify the quantity. Once the material has been verified and signed off by our Customer Service Supervisor, the shredding team destroys the material, and Administration will then fax or email a Certificate of Destruction post-shred.
