Regularly Scheduled Shredding Service

On-Site and Off-Site Destruction Services Available in Most Markets

Shred-it will utilize “Locally Negotiated Market Rates” with discounting from regional market pricing. Some typical frequencies available for Regularly Scheduled Shredding Service include:

  • Every Day
  • Every “X” Days
  • Every Week
  • Every Two Weeks
  • Every Four Weeks
  • Every Eight Weeks

On-demand Shredding Service

On-Site and Off-Site Destruction Services Available in Most Markets

Specially scheduled Purges or Clean Outs required for “end of life” retention, moves, etc. can also be executed with Shred-it (or serve as your PRIMARY method of Secure Document Destruction) if your usage falls below those thresholds requiring Regularly Scheduled Services. Although Shred-it does not provide permanently staged containers, we can take your Banker Boxes or File Drawer Boxes or pre-stage Mobile Plastic Totes so you can empty desks and file cabinets without having to box or bag the Client Confidential Materials.

Hard Drives and other Electronic Media and “non-Paper”

In most USA Markets, Shred-it provides the capability for full physical destruction of Hard Drives and other electronic media. While most locations provide Off-Site Services for this destruction, due to the size and scope of machinery required, On Site may be available in some regions. Fully secured rules for Chain of Custody are implemented to insure the complete security of all information destroyed Off Site in our Secure Service Branches throughout the U.S. Some alternate methods, such as incineration, may be employed depending upon the size and type of other smaller electronic media.
