Vincent R. De Palma
President and Chief Executive Officer

Vince joined Securit | Shred-it in August 2009, bringing over 25 years of executive experience to the company. He became well acquainted with business to business services in his past roles as President of Pitney Bowes Management Services, and as President of Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Benefit Services. Vince has also held senior management positions at Petroleum Heat & Power Company and McKinsey & Company.

Vince currently sits on the board of directors of the Thomas Hartman Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College and his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Rod Peckham
Chief Financial Officer

Rod Peckham is Securit | Shred-it's Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 25 years of diversified business and professional experience, including more than 13 years working with companies, creditors, investors or other parties-in-interest.

He also has seven years of combined audit related experience with Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young) and Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche).

Rod holds a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of North Florida and is a certified public accountant.

Mike Skidmore
Chief Security Officer

Mike Skidmore joined Securit | Shred-it in 1999 as the General Manager of the Dallas branch. He soon became a Regional Manager and then Vice President of Corporate Branches.

In 2003 as Vice President of Special Projects, Mike led a team of people that expanded the Corporate Branch System by adding 18 new Corporate Branches including the expansion into France and Germany. From 2007 to 2008, Mike was the Vice President of Service and Operations and became the company's Chief Security Officer in 2009.

Mr. Skidmore joined the company after 25 years in the industrial laundry business where he held both sales and operations management positions progressing to the position of Regional Manager.

He holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts.

Colette Raymond
Executive Vice President Operations, North America

Colette joined Securit | Shred-it in 2000 as General Manager, Montreal. During the last nine years she has held positions of increasing responsibility including Regional Manager, Eastern Canada; and was our first expatriated Regional Manager in France. Colette most recently held the position of Senior Vice President Sales, Service and Operations for Canada and North East U.S. She is currently responsible for Securit and Shred-it operations in Canada and the U.S., as Executive Vice President, Operations.

Colette served as Director for Loomis Armored Car Ltd., a secure transportation and cash management company, for 10 years. She began her career as Manager at the Toronto Dominion Bank head office, a leading Canadian financial institution.
