Our partnership covers the following services:
Complimentary On-site Risk Assessments
A local Shred-it representative will come out to your business and perform a walkthrough to help identify information security risks and provide best practice recommendations to enhance your information security and optimize spend.
Off-site Destruction
Our Certified Security Representatives will come to your site and collect the shredded material and transport via a secure chain of custody back to the Shred-it facility to be destroyed. A Certificate of Destruction will be provided once the material has been securely destroyed.
On-site Destruction
Through our most secure chain of custody, your paper materials are collected from the Shred-it containers by our Certified Security Representatives, and taken to be securely shredded in our mobile shredding truck parked at your site. If agreed upon in advance, you can witness the shred. A Certificate of Destruction will be provided once the material has been securely destroyed.
Media and Hard Drive Destruction
If your media disposal process includes erasing, reformatting, wiping or degaussing the drives, you and your customers are still vulnerable.
Hard drive disposal, including those from redundant obsolete computers, retired servers, unused flash drives and photocopiers is secure with Hard Drive Destruction Services.
